E.R. Physician - Sharp Memorial | |
 | Russ has been doing triathlons on and off since the
age of 15. He and his brother, Jake actually moved to Southern California
from Ohio so they could train year round in the great San Diego weather.
The two still train together. They have a healthy, ongoing "rivalry" and
like to challenge each other in races. Russ enjoys training as much as
racing. He especially enjoys training/coaching others in the sport. A true
fitness buff, Russ is very much into health and wellness. |
